2 Peter Chapter 2

We look at chapter two of 2 Peter in our lesson today. Peter is about to die and he has grave concerns about false prophets and false teachers. In chapter one he wants us to add to our faith so that we will be prepared for those who teach falsely and persuade others to fall away from our great Savior and lord Jesus. In this lesson we look at those who have fallen away and became these false teachers. God will hold them accountable. We once again look at the idea of eternal security.

Ecclesiastes Lesson 12 Positive Thinking

Topic 18 Forgiveness Discipleship Class

Forgiveness is not an easy thing to do. People can hurt and that hurt can last for many years. What are we to do as Christians when confronted with the difficult task of forgiving someone who hurt us deeply? Shouldn't we make them pay? Are we just to tolerate their hurtful ways? What if I forgive them and they continue to hurt me? Should I comeback for more?

Micah Lesson 18 Prophecy and Prophets

Micah has been called the miniature book of Isaiah. Micah and Isaiah were contemporaries. Micah is the little book with a punch. It is so direct and straight forward. Yet his clarity of speech reaches right to the heart. He also gives such great hope for the future - Even though the nations were to destroy both Israel and Judah. How did these nations get to the condition that God would allow another nation to destroy them? The answer may be more contemporary than you think. The message of Micah is very relevant to us.
